Is it worth buying a head gasket for my Chevy Lumina?

i would drive it as long as it is not running hot you cant look at a motor and tell if the head gasket is about to blow

how does he know its a head gasket ?? or is it a intake gasket?? intake gasket very common to leak not head gaskets. intake gasket job est.$250.00
