What agency could I file a formal complaint to about the VA DMV?
Me asked:
They suspended my CA license because I stopped paying insurance on a car that's been in the junk yard for 2 years now…with no notification, I might add. I've paid whatever fees necessary and they STILL haven't reinstated my license. The Jack A**es! I have a clean driving record and they've suspended my privilege as if I were a criminal!

File a complaint with the VA consumer protection office. I wouldn't stop there though. I would send a copy to my state and federal lawmakers as well as the VA insurance commissioners office too. How is it that the Va DMV can cancel a Ca license?
