First,
There should be same *** marriage, it is in the constitution Life liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
that doesn't discriminate against *** people or at least shouldn't
It says all men are created equal so since when does your sexual orientation deny you of this equality
I agree on the regular incandesent light bulbs. The fluoresent lightbulbs are more energy efficient, so without the old kind, everyone would have fluoresent.

Cheap-skate ghostly stories on tribe with non-existence rights of original descendant.
With oppression and slavery in idol worshiping the dead Mummy of failures and horrors of the past from the graveyards of different ghostly ancestor's culture and custom.
Eerily wailing in ghostly kitchen's dialect with ghostly and deadly words from the graveyards of different ghostly ancestor's culture and custom
In short-changing, conning and deceiving other tribes of different community in broad daylights with self lack of knowledge.

I think that you are pretty arrogant if you believe that you have the ability to choose what is or isn't good for other people.

The answer to your question is a difficult one. The constitution withstanding, there is not a chosen religious system that determines what our laws and policies are. This is, unfortunately, determined by special interest groups, Judeo-Christian morality and whoever has the most money to invest in our lawmakers and our leaders. I prefer Judeo-Christian morality to the rest of these, but in the real world, money changes everything.
Firstly, I think pork projects should be banned. These are the little pet projects that are needless pushed through that many politicians manipulate the system to make a taxpayer dollar off of.
I think that, since the industrial revolution has brought us these things, there should not be any kind of ban on products that we use everyday. It would be better to say that people should use better common sense and be more practical about how such things are used. Therefore, a ban on carelessness might be in order, but who would care enough to enforce it?
Lastly, telemarketing and junk-mail are excesses of Americana that try to lure the uninformed consumer. They should be banned too,

The government isn't my nursemaid. Same *** marriage? You Christian conservatives need to go collectively dunk your heads into a deep fat fryer. You do not run the US and this is not a Christian nation.
I'm tired of you people thinking you can make laws designed to discriminate against a group of people that you don't like because some 2000 year old book told you to.
What is a regular *** toy? The word you will probably use is one I use as a euphemism for Republicans anyway, so you can't ban yourselves, now can you?
As for the rest of your list, I have some sympathy with your views here. Conservation is very important at any time, but never more important than today. All of the packaging we use is very expensive and costs us even more when you think about the real estate we use as landfills. They are also health hazards and it's the city governments that wind up picking up the tab.
